2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for:
Downloadable or digital materials
Strategy or coaching sessions once delivered
Group programmes, courses, or workshops
Exceptions may apply as outlined below.
3. Full Refunds
If a session or service is cancelled by The AJ Group / Alyx Jordan without prior notice, you are entitled to request a full refund for that missed session. To initiate a refund, please contact orders@alyxjordan.com.
4. Partial Refunds
If you have attended a session but are dissatisfied with the experience, you may submit a request for a partial refund within 7 days of the session. Each case will be reviewed individually, and partial refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances.
5. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we will notify users by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Where significant changes are made, we will provide at least 14 days' notice prior to implementation.
